This 1.5 hour ride takes guests around Downtown Vancouver, passing by English Bay and cutting through Yaletown towards Vancouver’s heritage district and back to the seawall via Vancouver’s Convention Center. This 15km ride is an intermediate ride. The route is mainly along separated bike lanes however, some of the ride is along painted bike lanes. Therefore we recommend this ride for guests comfortable with riding next to car traffic.

In addition there are several planning tools available to help you plan your own Vancouver cycling adventure:

Google Maps now offers bicycle route planning. Use this tool to get bike friendly directions to any destination you choose. Please note that the directions produced may include roadways shared with automotive traffic.

The UBC Cycling route planner was developed by the University of British Columbia and allows users to generate bike routes with significantly greater flexibility. You can choose what kinds of paths you want to use (cycle only, mixed use) as well as routes based on elevation change, level of vegetation etc.
Of course, we also provide a complimentary paper map of Stanley Park and Downtown with all rentals.
